At Living Art, each terrarium is created by hand and designed to be a small, self-contained living ecosystem. Because these are natural, living artworks, a few simple guidelines help ensure a smooth and happy experience for everyone.

Nature of Our Terrariums

Every Living Art terrarium is one of a kind.
Plants are living organisms and will naturally vary in shape, colour, and growth over time.
Product photos are representative of style and size, but your terrarium will always be unique.

Ordering & Collection

Orders are placed through our website.
We currently offer collection only.
Collection takes place in Faerie Glen, Pretoria.
Unfortunately, courier shipping is not available — glass and terrariums don’t travel well.

You will receive collection details after your order is confirmed.

Payments

Payment details will be provided once your order is placed.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Please ensure proof of payment is sent where required.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.
If your terrarium arrives damaged at collection, please let us know immediately so we can assist.
If you experience an issue, we encourage you to contact us — we aim to be fair and helpful wherever possible.

Care & Responsibility

Care guidelines are provided to help your terrarium thrive.
Once collected, ongoing care and placement are the responsibility of the owner.
We’re always happy to offer advice if you’re unsure where to place or how to care for your terrarium.
